Colville H.B. Ferdinand, M.D., FACS

Dr. Colville H.B. Ferdinand is native of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. He earned his doctorate from St. George’s University School of Medicine, splitting his time between classes in the West Indies and clinical clerkships in both the North Middlesex and Royal Marsden/Chelsea Westminster Hospitals of London, England. After spending time abroad, he completed his surgical residency and trauma/critical care fellowship at Drexel University and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Ferdinand previously served as Chief of Trauma and Surgical Critical Care and Associate Professor of Surgery at Augusta University Medical Center. During his tenure at AU, Dr. Ferdinand focused on quality improvement initiatives.

Dr. Ferdinand and his wife, Courtney, have three children. Dr. Ferdinand enjoys reading, traveling with his family and “all things Caribbean”.
